There are 3 kinds of network marketing systems that you typically see out there. Each one has it’s own kind of sales funnel. A sales funnel is the process your prospects go through to become team members. Some of these funnels are more effective than others. Which one do you have? 3 Kinds of Sales Funnels in Network Marketing 1) Warm Marketing Funnel – Network Marketers who make up a list of people they are using their warm market. It’s called the warm market basically because the people on your list are warm to you. There are two advantages to using a warm market funnel. First, it’s free… Need I say any more? I hope not. Second, some people are pretty comfortable talking to people who they already know. It isn’t comfortable for everyone, but for some people this approach works just fine. The disadvantages are that you only have a limited number of people in your warm market. And secondly people on your list haven’t asked for information from you, so you’re going to be trying to create interest where it doesn’t already exist. 2) Cold Market Funnel – If you have purchased leads from a leads vendor then you are using a cold marketing funnel. The advantages are that you can have as many leads as you can purchase, which guarantees you and endless supply of hopefully interested people. The disadvantages are that you will probably have to go through large numbers of people who aren’t really serious. You may get hung up on, yelled at, or even threatened, so it takes a pretty strong person to build a business this way. 3) Reverse Marketing Funnel – A reverse marketing funnel system is where people don’t become prospects until they have spent money with you. That’s why it’s a reverse funnel. The advantages of reverse funnel systems are that it immediately eliminates people who are not serious. People who won’t invest $50 to learn how they can make a six figure salary are not serious. It also educates and closes your prospects FOR YOU.
