Your income will only be determined by how many people you serve and give value to. Period. What I’m sharing with you is the key idea for every million-dollar network marketing business. Every successful entrepreneur who’s marketing a business opportunity online understands this concept, and so should you. Market yourself, your knowledge, your experiences, and give information that will help others succeed. It will attract prospects to you, and over time, they’ll admire you as a leader who they’ll want to work with. Now you may be thinking “gee Shiraz, that sounds great, but how do I help and give so much to others when I haven’t really achieved any success in this business?” Never fear. I’ll show you three ways you can give tons of value to people easily. The purpose is to position yourself as an attractive, trustworthy leader right away so people would be CRAZY not to join you, even if you haven’t made a dime yet. First, just know that people only care about a few things really: how much you truly care about their success, and if you will be there for them LONG after they pay and join your business. Build that trust with them by simply giving them value without expecting anything in return. Give advice, tools, and resources to these people continuously, and truly care about helping them succeed. Even if you’ve been in this business for less than a month, you’ve learned some valuable lessons. You’ve learned from your upline, by attending conference calls, using your products, and reading articles like this one. It doesn’t have to be from pure experience. If you’ve been here a while and still haven’t seen success, then realize that failure is often times the best teacher. The bottom line is this. It’s not very difficult to increase your value in the eyes of your prospects. Just know a little bit more than they do, and you’ll instantly be seen as an attractive leader. The second way is to leverage other people’s value. Think about the successful people in your upline, or other members in your company. Ask them to give you third-party validation on your websites, conference calls, or testimonials. Interview them, and record the conversation to share with your list! You can give some of your input in the interview, but let your successful upline member do all the talking. This is also a great way to create “social proof”. When others see you associated with someone of high value, such as an upline member, they see you as having high value also. The third and best way to project value so others will pursue you is to educate yourself. Remember, this business is 10% technique, and 90% mental! Increase your value by reading, listening, attending programs, seminars, courses, and coaching calls continuously. Your education should never, ever stop. If you’re absolutely new to the industry, your main objective at this point will be increasing your value through education. Majority of your investment should be going towards that.
