Working a business from Home:the good, the bad and the ugly!

I want my own business. Matter of fact I need my own business because I can't stand office politics. Besides I always worked hard in business for the other guy and really never got ahead.

Once I acknowledged that the internet is a great tool to make an income I decided to start looking at opportunities. Well what a nightmare. Sooooo many scams. As soon as I found something I would find it turned out to be just another scam.

Then I went on Craigslist one day and this add jumped out at me that said "This is it" and then just a link. So I checked it out. Well at first I wasn't impressed, same old stuff. But there were some testimonies I thought sounded like they were coming from real people because frankly their videos were bad. The people were dressed badly and they didn't bother to show these nice background but what they did show was their bank accounts and real cash that they pulled from their accounts and laid on the table. Well still all that can be faked but I thought I would check it out anyway and guess what. There were negatives and positives but the positives were really overwhelming! So a draw back was that my motto has been don't pay to work at home, after all you want to make money not spend it!

But then it occurred to me that all the small businesses that I had started cost me a bundle, actually much more than joining this and I didn't nearly have the opportunity to make this kind of money (no internet marketing knowledge). So I figured at the very least I would get training and information on internet marketing, how to work it so that I wasn't constantly putting out money, the avenues to use, how to reach clients, plus personal support (someone who will pick up the phone and actually SPEAK). All the info you would pay for anyway in a seminar and the opportunity to sell these marketing tools ( which include 1,000 pieces of marketing software plus a marketing system for small business owners) to others.

So in the end I signed up with the attitude that this is good information for me to have if I am ever to have an internet based business. It was cheap for what I was getting. It has HUGH money making possibilities.

The two most important advantages of this business are (1) You can make $10,000 a MONTH and more. And (2) There's the opportunity to help others do the same which I have to say is a GREAT feeling.
